The Insurance Women of Lincoln, Inc. are offering several scholarships and youth awards for 2011!

 2010 Youth Award Recipients:

Evan Ballagh, Pershing Elementary

Kaitlin Roselius, Lux Middle School

Robin Holloway, Lincoln Northeast

 2010 $500 College Scholarship Recipient:

Melissa Schorr

2012 Scholarhip requirements:

Complete a 2012 Insurance Women of Lincoln, Inc Scholarship Application.

One Scholarship will be awarded to a High School graduate enrolled or planning to enroll at a University or Community College and pursuing an education in a business field.

A $500 scholarship will be sent to the school where you are enrolled.

Application Deadline:  This application must be submitted on or before April 6, 2012

Youth Award Requirements:

Youth Award Nomination Form submitted by school official.

The nominated student should exhibit excellent leadership skills and contribute to the community in a positive manner, whether it is through volunteering, community projects, or participation in local community organizations.  This student should also be of high moral character and demonstrate traits of perseverance, integrity, and a commitment to serve others.

All nominations must be postmarked by April 6, 2012.

Awards will be granted to one Lincoln elementary, middle school and high school student.
